The Matricula website, web application, mobile applications, and related services are operated by a registered sole proprietor (preduzetnik) in the Republic of Serbia:

In the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and product materials, “Matricula”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to this operator of the Matricula service (also described as the service provider or contracting party), not to a separate corporation named Matricula.

For applicable paid subscriptions and related charges, payment processing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record / payment provider. Paddle may appear on your statement and may process refunds for those transactions under its checkout and customer terms.

Paddle’s role as Merchant of Record for a payment does not make Paddle the operator of the Matricula service, nor the controller of all Matricula account or family data. Service-provider identity for Matricula remains as stated in this Legal Notice.
